createwebsite.my.id is operated by the site owner (the "Controller"), based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This policy explains what data is collected when you use this website, how it is used, and what rights you have over it.

What data is collected

Contact form submissions. When you fill in the project inquiry form, I collect your name, email address, and the information you provide about your project. This is the only personally identifiable information I collect directly.

Analytics data. This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. The data collected (page views, referrer, browser type, country) is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you. No cookie consent banner is required.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard server request data (IP address, browser, request time) for security and performance purposes, subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

How data is used

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your project inquiry.

I do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services described on this site (for example, using an email delivery service to send you a confirmation).

Data retention

Project inquiry emails are retained for up to two years from the date of receipt. If you would like your data deleted earlier, contact me at the address below.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. The analytics tool (Plausible) is cookie-free. No cookie consent banner is shown.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through this site, contact me and I will delete it.

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
