The challenge
The neighborhood had no central system. Resident data was spread across spreadsheets, announcements went out via WhatsApp group, and monthly fee tracking relied on a single committee member's phone.
What we built
Web admin built in Next.js for committee members to manage records, log payments, and post announcements. Expo mobile app for residents to view their payment status and read announcements. Designed to be usable by non-technical committee members without training.
Serves 150+ residents across multiple housing blocks. Committee members use the admin daily without technical support. Payment collection is now tracked and auditable.
