The challenge
A new property platform needed to differentiate from OLX and Rumah123 while building trust from scratch. The typical listing site is cluttered, slow, and makes users click five times before they can contact an agent.
What we built
Large-photo-first UI that puts the property front and center. Advanced filters that update results without a page reload. UX flow that reduces clicks between landing and contacting an agent to a minimum. Mobile-optimized throughout.
Result
User testing showed conversion rates 2x better than comparable platform benchmarks. The reduction in steps between search and contact was the primary driver.
