Standardized HTML email signature generator deployed across two corporate organizations. Employees fill a form and get a ready-to-paste signature that renders correctly in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.
The challenge
Both organizations had 50+ employees each using inconsistent email signatures — some with logos that broke in certain clients, some with outdated job titles, some with no logo at all. A standardized system needed to work without plugins or IT involvement.
What we built
A web form that generates a valid HTML email signature on the fly. Live preview as the user types. One-click copy to clipboard. Custom branding per organization. Works entirely in the browser — no server, no account, no dependencies.
Deployed to 50+ employees per organization with zero maintenance overhead. Signatures render consistently across all major email clients. IT team has not received a single signature-related support ticket since launch.
